Sandy Ferrucci, LCSW
Founder & Clinical Director
Welcome — I’m Glad You’re Here
When anxiety, overthinking, or old patterns start taking over, life can feel smaller and harder than it should. Many people come to me feeling overwhelmed, stuck in their heads, or exhausted from trying to manage everything on their own. My work is about helping you make sense of what’s happening inside you and building a life that feels steadier and aligned with what you want for yourself.
I offer a grounded, collaborative space where you can talk honestly–without judgment or pressure to be anyone other than who you are. You bring your lived experience; I bring clinical tools and a steady presence. Together, we’ll explore what’s getting in the way, untangle the patterns that keep you stuck, and practice new ways of responding that promote change. There’s room for curiosity, clarity, and a little humor along the way.
A Steady Approach to Change
I specialize in anxiety, OCD, trauma, and the perfectionism or self-doubt that often comes with them. My approach is active, evidence-based, and centered around helping you develop skills that actually work in your daily life. You can expect therapy that blends science, heart, and genuine collaboration—work that helps you make peace with your mind and reconnect with what matters most. With more than twenty years of experience supporting youth, adults, and families, I bring both clinical expertise and a warm, steady presence to our work together.
