Your Next Step Toward Peace of Mind

Learn how our sessions work and how to get started.

How We Can Work Together

We begin with a free 20-minute consultation to understand what you’re hoping to change, answer your questions, and ensure you’re matched with the therapist who best fits your needs. From there, we’ll outline a plan for therapy, talk through scheduling and fees, and help you feel confident about getting started.

Your Right to a Good Faith Estimate (No Surprises Act)

Under federal law, health care providers are required to give clients who don’t have insurance, or who are choosing not to use insurance, an estimate of expected charges for medical services.

  • You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency services, including psychotherapy.

  • You can request a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service or at any time during your work with us.

  • If you receive a bill that is $400 or more than your Good Faith Estimate, you may dispute the bill.

  • Be sure to save a copy or photo of your Good Faith Estimate for your records.
