A Space for Reflection, Growth, and Self-Discovery

I see therapy as a space for honest reflection. A place where you can bring anxiety, uncertainty, or past pain without fear of judgment or pressure.

My goal is to create a warm and genuine connection so you always feel safe, seen, and supported as you work toward greater confidence and self-trust. Together, we’ll uncover the strengths you already have while introducing tools and new perspectives that support meaningful change.

Therapy is an opportunity to grow in ways that continue to serve you long after our work together completes.

Therapy That’s Collaborative, Creative, and Compassionate

My approach blends Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and expressive or narrative techniques to help clients make sense of their experiences and feel more grounded in who they are.

I work collaboratively, meeting you where you are with curiosity and compassion. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, identity questions, or the stress of transitions, therapy is a space to reconnect with yourself and explore what it means to live more freely and authentically.

Growth doesn’t happen all at once. The first step is showing up and giving yourself permission to begin.
