Helping teens and adults heal from trauma, anxiety, and life’s challenges
Stop fighting with your mind; learn how to befriend it instead.
I offer a comfortable space for you to explore your recurring emotional patterns, learn skills to regulate your reactions to everyday stress, and process any previous trauma surfacing in your daily life.
Based on your needs, we’ll choose from techniques that are proven to work, including:
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP)
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)
Acceptance, Insight, and Empowerment
Clients have described me as supportive, creative, and approachable. I work best with those willing to have some hard conversations and commit to follow-through. Together, we’ll take actionable steps tailored to solve the issues we’ve identified. You’ll play a key role in creating a treatment plan that guides your growth at a thoughtful, steady pace. Let’s get to work!
