Erin Corbett, LCSW
Here to support teens and adults as they navigate anxiety, grief, trauma, and life transitions.
A steady presence when things feel hard
When life feels overwhelming, painful, or difficult to make sense of, working with a therapist who can stay calm, present, and engaged can make a difference.
I bring warmth, consistency, and deep commitment to my work. I have extensive experience supporting children, adolescents, adults, and families across the lifespan, and I am especially skilled at working through crisis, trauma, identity-related concerns, and grief.
Therapy that meets you where you are
In sessions, we focus on understanding what you’re experiencing and building practical skills that help you feel steadier and more capable in your day-to-day life. Therapy is both supportive and active, helping you regain footing and move forward at a pace that feels manageable and respectful.
Clients often share that they feel understood and more confident navigating difficult emotions over time. I work in a way that honors your strengths while supporting meaningful progress.
If this sounds like it might be helpful, I’d be glad to connect and begin this work together.
